Terms of Service — LeadValets | St. Louis SEO & AEO Agency

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using leadvalets.com ("the Site") or engaging LeadValets ("we", "our", "us") for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Site or services.

2. Services Provided

LeadValets provides digital marketing services including but not limited to: search engine optimization (SEO), answer engine optimization (AEO), Google Business Profile management, website design, lead generation, and AI-powered search strategy consulting. Specific deliverables are outlined in individual client agreements.

3. Performance Guarantee

For qualifying service engagements, LeadValets guarantees a measurable increase in tracked phone calls and qualified leads within 90 days. If these metrics do not increase, we will continue working at no additional cost until they do. Specific terms of the guarantee are detailed in your service agreement.

4. Client Obligations

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate business information and timely access to accounts necessary for service delivery
Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes
Maintain the confidentiality of any shared access credentials
Not engage in practices that violate search engine guidelines or applicable laws

5. Intellectual Property

All content, strategies, methodologies, and deliverables created by LeadValets remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the client. LeadValets retains the right to reference completed client work in our portfolio and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Services may be suspended if payment is not received within the agreed timeframe. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your agreement.

7. Cancellation and Termination

There is no long-term contract requirement. Clients may cancel services at any time with 30 days written notice unless a different cancellation period is specified in the service agreement. LeadValets reserves the right to terminate services for breach of these terms or for practices that violate applicable laws or platform policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

LeadValets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Site or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, as these are influenced by factors beyond our control.

9. Third-Party Services

Our Site may link to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services. Use of third-party services is at your own risk.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of St. Louis County, Missouri.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active clients and posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
