Website Design — $1,500

A website built to rank for five keywords. $1,500, one time.

If you have no website, or one that has not brought a call in years, this is the entry point. We build the pages, you choose the five keywords, and the site is structured to show up in Google Maps, local search, and the AI answers homeowners now ask instead of scrolling.

Five-keyword guarantee One-time build, no retainer required One company per trade per market

This is for the owner who has no site, or a dead one

No website at all

You have been running on word of mouth and a Google listing. Every homeowner who checks you out before calling finds nothing.

A site nobody finds

It exists, but it is one page with your services in a paragraph. Nothing on it targets the words homeowners actually search.

A site built years ago

Slow on a phone, no click-to-call, no service pages. It is quietly costing you the calls you already earned.

What the $1,500 build includes

You name the five keywords — the services and towns you actually want to be called for. The build targets each one with its own page, because a single "Services" page ranks for none of them.

  • A page for each of the five keywords you pick — service pages, not one catch-all homepage
  • Click-to-call on every screen, so a homeowner never has to hunt for your number
  • Google Business Profile and service-area wiring so Maps and your site agree
  • Answer-first copy structured for Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Gemini
  • Fast, mobile-first build — most searches that call you start on a phone
  • Review and trust sections that carry the credibility signal buyers check

Why a website alone does not ring the phone

Fewer than 40% of Google searches now end in a website click. Homeowners get their answer from the Map Pack, an AI Overview, a ChatGPT recommendation, or your Google Business Profile and call from there. The site is the foundation; the listing, the map position, and whether AI names you are what turn it into booked jobs.

That is why the build is wired for all three surfaces from day one — and why we run a free Search Authority Audit before quoting anything more. If your Google profile and map position are the real gap, we will say so instead of selling you a new site.

Questions owners ask first

What does the five-keyword guarantee actually mean?

You pick the five keywords the site is built around, usually three services and two towns. The build gives each one its own page with copy written for how homeowners search that service. If a site does not target five distinct keywords with five distinct pages, it has no chance of ranking for any of them.

Is $1,500 a one-time cost or a monthly fee?

One-time, for the site build. It does not include an ongoing retainer, and it does not require one. If you later want the Map Pack, review, and AI-citation work that compounds on top of the site, that is the Search Authority retainer and we quote it separately.

I already have a website. Should I replace it?

Not always. If the site is fast, has separate service pages, and already ranks for some terms, replacing it can cost you rankings. We audit what you have first and will tell you whether a rebuild or a retainer is the better spend.

How fast will the phone start ringing?

A new site does not create demand on its own — it captures the demand that already exists once people can find it. Google Business Profile changes can move map visibility in 2 to 4 weeks, and organic page rankings typically take 2 to 4 months. Owners who combine the build with profile, review, and AI-visibility work see calls first.

Rather just talk it through?

Call and tell me the trade, the town, and the five services you want to be called for. You will get a straight answer on whether the $1,500 build is the right spend, or whether your money is better spent elsewhere.
